Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Generative AI strategies and frameworks to tackle intricate business challenges and achieve project goals
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, understand their requirements, and provide innovative solutions using Generative AI concepts
• Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, preferences, and competitor activities, incorporating Generative AI insights into business analysis
• Analyze business processes and conduct enterprise-level analysis, integrating Generative AI methodologies to optimize operational efficiency
• Facilitate requirement knowledge transfer meetings with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment of objectives
• Document detailed requirements, including BRD, FRD, SRS, Gap Analysis, and User Stories, incorporating Prompt Engineering and Generative AI principles
• Ensure correct requirements are delivered to clients by performing functional testing, utilizing Generative AI capabilities for validation
• Identify, evaluate, prioritize, and mitigate risks, incorporating Generative AI considerations into project planning and execution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Presales, HR, and Management, leveraging Generative AI knowledge to support project objectives
• Contribute hands-on as a Generative AI Business Analyst in strategic projects, high-risk situations, or to manage spikes for urgent customer needs

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT industry, with expertise in business analysis and Generative AI technologies
• Professional certification in business analysis is a plus
• Proficiency in Generative AI and Prompt Engineering is required
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset, with a focus on innovation and creativity
