e-Zest has established Strategic Partner Group (SPG) for its customers with the objective of delivering long-term benefits. These Groups act as a virtual extension to the client’s internal IT organizations and supplement/ complement the internal IT organization by adapting the customer’s IT procedures and processes. These Groups have dedicated infrastructure and resources and seamlessly integrate the customer’s work ethics, culture, and work habits. This model mitigates the risks of remote software development and provides clients with an incremental Return on Investments (ROI) for their IT budgets. The focus is on understanding customer needs to devise design and development strategies to efficiently create reliable applications, on time and within budget. All processes, including the development process, quality management systems and standards and norms used in such a facility are as defined by the client. The SPG will supplement/complement and act as an extended virtual center of client’s internal IT department. The SPG will have a dedicated infrastructure that will be seamlessly integrated with client’s internal IT infrastructure using a VPN or a dedicated leased line. The SPG will have dedicated resources, and with the learning curve, the client can have the advantage of higher productivity and knowledge management.
The client can have flexible staffing plans to handle the peaks and troughs, and any sudden requirements that may arise during the course of the business – giving the competitive edge for time-to-market.
The SPG will benefit with the Intellectual Property Rights (IPR’s) that are being created by the client and the SPG itself. All IPR created within the SPG will remain the property of client. Client and SPG will jointly setup a Joint Program Management Office (JPMO) that will plan, and review the activities of the SPG. We also establish an open and transparent Project Management System using the Web Project Framework.
The SPG using a combination of onsite/offsite/offshore resources can provide a 24×7 hour cycle time.
