YUI Library basically stands for Yahoo User Interface Library. It is an open source JavaScript library for building interactive web applications using techniques such as Ajax, DHTML and DOM scripting. YUI includes several core CSS resources.
The YUI JavaScript Framework is a roll up of the application, model, model list, router, and view components, combined to form a simple MVC style framework for writing single-page JavaScript applications.
We can use these components separately or together to create anything from simple non-interactive views to rich applications with URL-based routing, data binding, and full client-server synchronization.
